ABOUT THE DEVELOPER

Isle of Capri Associates, L.P. via B.S.R. Group and Doron Gelfand, are the visionary developers behind Waterfront Square. The B.S.R. Group has over 40 years of experience, and is operating in Europe, the U.S. and Israel. Bringing together the impressive expertise of major, international players in real estate and finance, the aforementioned developers raise the bar for waterfront development in Philadelphia and the East Coast. Nationally respected Wallace Roberts & Todd, LLC are the architects. Legal counsel will be provided by Ballard Spahr Andrews & Ingersoll, LLP, one of the nation's top 100 law firms. General contractors for Phase II of the project are Oxford Construction Development, Inc. Collectively, the partners have more than four decades of experience in international projects of over one billion dollars in market value, with expertise in engineering, development, architecture, project management, property management and finance. Doron Gelfand has been active in Philadelphia development since 1990.
