Reef Construction Update:

All of our Phase II buyers will be excited to hear that we have recently begun construction on the Reef tower! The lot has been cleared, and our construction company for Phase II has moved onto our site

As the third tower in our five tower project, the Reef was recently expanded, and now includes an additional 2 units per floor. With construction now underway, we are pleased to inform you that the projected date of completion for the Reef building is Spring/Summer 2009!

The Sales Office Has Moved:

Many of you who are longtime residents of Waterfront Square got to know our Sales Team when we were located at 7 North Columbus Blvd. In keeping with the progress and development of our site, however, our sales office has now moved to 901 North Penn Street, in the lobby of the Peninsula building. We hope that this move will make us more accessible to interested new parties, as well as give us the opportunity to maintain our involvement with current residents.

In other recent news, the health bar in the spa is newly furnished and nearing completion. Soon enough residents will be able to sit back and enjoy a light drink, while gazing out over the riverfront deck, where they are welcome to sit and relax in the sunshine. Also, the deck will soon be available to rent out for private parties, with the benefit of one of the most scenic views in the city.

Lighthouse Update:

During Phase I, our clubhouse facility, nicknamed The Lighthouse, was completed to include a 25 meter pool, sauna, fitness center and spa. Residents have long been able to work out on our state-of-the-art fitness equipment, or take a refreshing dip in our pool. Now, with the onset of Phase II, our clubhouse has expanded to include additional spa facilities and treatments. We now feature on-site massage therapy and chiropractic care.

Partnered with Balance Spa, and managed by Healthease, massages are available by appointment 6 days a week, with special before and after-hours appointments, by request. A website for these services will be operational shortly, and will be linked to the official Waterfront Square website, allowing residents to schedule appointments online with the greatest of ease.

Phase 2:
With Phase I (the Peninsula and Regatta towers) completed, our focus has shifted to our third tower, the Reef. Interest in the Reef Tower has been so overwhelming that the developers have recently announced its expansion! Each floor will be gaining two additional one bedroom and den units. You can view the most recent Reef floor plans on our website, and you are invited to stop by our sales office, open 7 days, to speak with a sales agent about pricing and availability.
